Can you integrate with my store?
Our software can connect to your Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazong store in mionutes. Orders, inventory, tracking numbers will all be synced seamlessly in real time!
Do you have minimum requirement?
Yes - our minimum spend is $150 per week. If you are currently below the level, we usually recommend fulfilling in-house until your brand grows a little further.
How quickly can I move in and be live?
Once we connect to your store (which takes about 5 minutes) and receive your products, we typically can start shipping within as little as 24 hours.
What does onboarding with a new 3PL involve?
Onboarding has three steps: connect your store to our system, send your stock for receiving and putaway, and walk through your packing specifics and returns process with us. We handle the setup, and there's no onboarding, admin or integration fee.Read more about switching 3PL providers
Can you help me move from my current 3PL? disruption.
Yes. We move brands across from other 3PLs regularly and can help arrange freight or couriers We'll time stock arrival around your existing commitments and get you connected and live with minimal disruption.
How much do your fulfilment services cost?
Unlike other 3PLs, we don't charge any onboarding, admin or integration fees. You pay per unit for storage and fulfilment rather than for shelf space, so there are no hidden storage fees. How does your pricing model work?
We charge based on the number of units you store, not the shelf space they occupy. Traditional 3PLs bill by shelf, which hides fees because you can't see how much space your stock really uses. Per-unit pricing means clear, predictable costs: no half shelves, no hidden fees.
Are there any setup or hidden fees?
No. There's no onboarding fee, no admin or monthly management fee, and no account setup fee.
What kind of brands do you work with?
Our most typical clients are fast scaling fashion & beauty brands who are doing 500K - 10 million dollars in annual revenue a year.
Can you handle custom packaging and special requests?
Yes. Tissue wrapping, custom inserts, personalised engraving, garment steaming, one-off PR packages, we're built for high-touch requirements rather than one-size-fits-all. Custom packaging is quoted to your spec, and we agree it with you up front so it's consistent on every order
How do you handle returns?
Every return is logged in the system, quality-checked and re-folded, then either re-stocked or quarantined if it's damaged or unsaleable.
Do you offer wholesale (B2B) fulfilment?
Yes. We handle B2B and wholesale orders including packing lists, EDI administration and pallet shrink-wrapping. This suits brands selling into retailers or marketplaces alongside their DTC channel.
Do you offer discounted shipping rates?
Yes. We negotiate rates with major carriers including Australia Post, StarTrack and DHL and pass them on to you. We'll work out the most competitive option for each shipment, domestic or international.
Do you lock clients into a contract?
No. Freckl was the first Australian 3PL to offer no lock-in contract and no exit fee. There's no fixed term. If you ever want to leave, we pack and send your stock back free of charge, you only cover the freight.
