How much do your fulfilment services cost?

Unlike other 3PLs, we do not charge any Receiving, Admin or Integration fee. Our pricing is solely based on storage units. We get in the nitty gritty about your products and packing specifics so we can get you the most accurate and transparent quote. Reach out to us to get the ball rolling.

Do you have minimum requirement?

Our minimum spend is generally $150 a week. However, if you are just starting out, we are more than happy to discuss depending on your product and brand.

Can you price match our current 3PL prices?

While we can’t promise to be the cheapest option out there, (we’re firm believers in “you get what you pay for”) we strive to make sure our prices are fair and transparent! With that being said, please don't be shy to send through your current pricing, we will try our best to see what we can do!

Do you offer discounted shipping rates?

You bet! We are constantly negotiating hard with major carriers like DHL, Australia Post, Startrack to secure the most competitive rates for your shipments, wherever they need to go.

Can you integrate with my store?

Our software can connect to your Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon store in minutes. Orders, inventory, tracking numbers will all be synced seamlessly in real time!

How quickly can I move in and be live?

Once we connect to your store (which takes 5 minutes) and receive your products, we typically can start shipping within as little as 24 hours.
